Our hearts are heavy from the tragedy in the Texas Hill Country. We pray for those impacted by the flooding. At all of our camps, Young Life has emergency procedures, both for natural disasters and accidents, and we regularly train on and review these procedures. The safety of every young person at camp is one of our highest priorities, and it influences our decision-making in every aspect of camp. If you have specific questions, please reach out to your local camp – contact info is at the bottom of this page – and thank you for keeping those affected in Texas in your prayers.

Spring Volunteer Work DAYS/Week
Why?
- See & experience the spectacular property, enjoy fellowship, & help us get ready for our 9 weeks of discipleship camping this summer!
When?
- Work days will take place on Saturday, May 3rd and Saturday, May 17th & are open to anyone high school age or older. Our “work week” will span from Tuesday, May 13th through Thursday, May 15th & will be geared towards college aged volunteers, but will be again be open to anyone high school age or older.
- Each of these days/weeks will include an optional overnight stay the night beforehand at basecamp in one of our yurts! This is to allow folks coming from further away (or who just want a fun campout) to be settled in and ready for the day of work ahead.
